This report allows you to grasp quicky prospective tenants that are already active within the larger market area, i.e. Placer, Sacramento, and El Dorado counties, yet are not found with in a specifically narrowed trade area for this subject property.
For example, let's consider Peet's Coffee. They are at NEC Madison and Hazel and SWC Fair Oaks Blvd and Monroe as free-standing operations (not grocery kiosks). This desirable brand is not found within our trade area. Another way to approach this is to identify a peer group of grocery-anchored centers, then compare and contrast brands and services offered in the subject and its peers.
